Communicate was great and they delivered a digital copy within 2 days of receiving my tape. It was a really old tape and I could tell they tried their best to restore it. It wasn't perfect but that was my fault for leaving a 20 year old tape in a drawer with other items that probably demagnetized it.

To my surprise they contacted me a month later and said they gave it another try with some newer equipment. This was above and beyond. I'd recommend this service to anyone.
